To register or purchase from the The Waxing Hub Limited Birmingham online booking system or using the mobile app, you must be over 
eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and other guests are not inconvenienced. If you are a new client then please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to complete our guest consultation form prior to your service. All of our treatments include a 5 min allowance before and after for the client to change, total 10 mins, please take this into consideration when booking your treatment.

Training Workshops:

The Waxing Hub is committed to offering high quality training that meet the needs of trainees and will always aim to run classes once models have booked onto them. The workshops are provided by qualified trainee beauty therapists as part of the training programme  in place at The Waxing Hub Ltd. That is the reason why the treatment is at a substantially discounted rate or free of charge.

Therefore we are unable to accept any liability for any unsatisfactory provision of services and kindly ask to refrain from leaving any review or comments regarding your workshop experience on any social media platform which is not to our usual standard of service, beyond any fee which you pay for those services.

Occasionally circumstances will arise which result in the need to cancel a workshop and in these circumstances will take active and positive steps to inform you as soon as possible by phone and/or email. The Waxing Hub reserves the right to modify or cancel any Workshop if unforeseen circumstances arise but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so. Where The Waxing Hub cancels a workshop training course that you have paid to attend, we will offer you a full refund or a credit transfer for a future course. Full advice on refunds/credits will be provided at the time of cancellation.

Age Requirement:

We are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years unless accompanied by parent or guardian on the day of the treatment.

Health Considerations:

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant. We recommend that you do not consume alcohol at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.


You will be asked to undress to your comfort level for body treatments. Your therapist will keep your body draped with disposable towels and underwear during the treatment and only expose the areas being worked on. Underwear may be kept on, or swimsuits may be worn if that is your comfort level.


Give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and special trouble areas or any other concerns. We are here to make your treatment as 
comfortable as possible for you, so tell us what your needs are. Should you prefer to enjoy the treatment in silence, that is your choice as well. It’s your treatment!


The Waxing Hub Limited reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on any treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.


Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients and can be taken by cash.

Personnel Articles:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. However, if you do bring them to the salon, please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.

Termination and Cancellation Policy:

When booking an appointment your space can only be confirmed when you have paid in full online or via our free mobile app. Should you be unable to attend your reservation you should cancel via the mobile app or online booking system within 1 hour prior to the appointment start time to avoid losing your booking.

Appointments cancelled within 1 hours notice, prior to reservation will not be charged. The money will be retained by The Waxing Hub Limited and allocated as credit to the customers account which can be used again to make a future reservation.

Appointments can not be cancelled less than 1 hour prior to the appointment start time and will result in the customer losing their booking if they are unable to attend the pre-paid reservation.

Force Majeure:

The company cannot accept liability for delayed appointments caused by circumstances beyond its control including (but not limited to) acts of God, extreme weather conditions, traffic disruption or failure of power supplies, acts of war or terrorism industrial action or other force majeure


Privacy Policy:

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. The Waxing Hub Limited Birmingham will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
