MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Notices.
The Waxing Hub we, us, or the Company. Any notices relating to this agreement must be in writing and may be sent by mail or e-mail to the Company or the member you, as applicable, at the contact information set out in this agreement.
Term.
Each period beginning on the Membership Start Date is an Agreement Month. The term of this agreement begins on the Membership Start Date set out in this agreement and lasts for a term of 12 Agreement Months. Unless you notify us prior to the beginning of the last Agreement Month of a term that you do not wish for the agreement to be renewed, the agreement will automatically be renewed for successive terms of 12 Agreement Months each. Other than as set out in the following section, this agreement may not be terminated during a term.
Termination.
This agreement may be terminated in one of the following ways:
• You may terminate this agreement at your sole discretion by notifying us within two Agreement Months of the Membership Start Date (Before your third payment is due). Upon our receipt of your notice, your membership will be valid only until the date that is two months from the Membership Start Date, and you will be responsible for paying the monthly fee in respect of the first two Agreement Months, but no future months. If we have not already charged one or both of these two months to your credit card, we may do so immediately upon receipt of your notice.
• You may terminate this agreement at any time in the event that you move more than 30 mile away from any The Waxing Hub location, or experience a bona fide disability which prevents you from undergoing waxing services. Your notice must include appropriate supporting documentation in order to be valid. Your membership will be valid until the date that you provide us with a valid notice, and you will be responsible for paying the monthly fee in respect of the Agreement Month during which you terminated this agreement, but no future months. If we have not already charged this month to your credit card, we may do so immediately upon receipt of your notice.• In the event that we raise the prices of any of our memberships, we will notify you in writing, at which point you will have 30 days to terminate this agreement by notifying us. If we do not receive such a notice from you within 30 days, you will have lost your right to terminate this agreement pursuant to this provision. Your membership will be valid until the date that you provide us with a valid notice, and you will be responsible for paying the monthly fee in respect of the Agreement Month during which you terminated, but no future months. If we have not already charged this month to your credit card, we may do so immediately upon receipt of your notice.
• We may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying you. Your membership will be valid until the date that we provide you with such notice, and you will be responsible for paying the monthly fee in respect of the Agreement Month during which we terminated this agreement, but no future months. If we have not already charged this month to your credit card, we may do so immediately upon delivery of such notice.Suspension and Change. No more than once during each term of this agreement, you may notify us in writing that you wish to suspend your membership for a period of one Agreement Month by notifying us prior to the start of such Agreement Month. Your membership will not be valid during such suspended Agreement Month, and the term of the Agreement will be extended by one month. If you wish to downgrade or upgrade your membership, you may do so at any time by requesting it in person or in writing.
Services.
Gold Club members are entitled to 5 single waxing treatments plus 1 laser treatment and 1 skin tag removed during each Agreement Month at any The Waxing Hub location. In the case of missed treatments may not be rolled over from one month to the next. You hereby agree to abide by such membership policies as are communicated by us or posted at any The Waxing Hub location from time to time.
Fees.
You are responsible for the payment of all amounts set out in this agreement, whether or not you make use of the services offered, and hereby authorise us to charge any credit card that you provide to us from time to time for any amounts owing pursuant to this agreement. We will charge your credit card on or about the first day of each Agreement Month, or, if such date is not a business day, the first business day following such date. In the event that the pre-authorised payments you have agreed to pay by entering this contract do not go though three months in a row, we will terminate your membership without notice.
Assignment.
Your membership is personal to you and non-transferrable, and you may not assign your rights to any other individual. We may assign our rights under this agreement on notice to you.
Home Location:
Your home location is the original The Waxing Hub location where the contract was first entered by both parties. We reserve the right to transfer your home location to a different The Waxing Hub, Corporately owned or Franchised without notice and for administrative purposes only.
Disclaimer and Release.
You hereby acknowledge that the services provided by the Company carry the risk of adverse skin reactions and/or minor injury, and release us from any claim with respect to any such reaction or injury. You are solely responsible for advising us in advance of any disability, condition, injury, skin or other disease,  medical treatment, or allergy which could result in an increased risk of injury or reaction, or may not be compatible with the services that we provide.
Governing Law.
“This contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Great Britain”.
Mailing Consent
By signing on to the Club Gold membership, you consent to the communication of membership status and perks that is done through email.
