Appointments:

To register or purchase the membership from the The Waxing Hub Limited Birmingham online booking system or using the mobile app, you must be over 
eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Age Requirement:

We are not able to accept memberships for children under the age of 18. years unless accompanied by parent or guardian on the day of the treatment.

Membership Term

The term of this agreement begins on the membership purchase date. The purchase date is the start date for this agreement and the term lasts for period of 12 Months from the start date. The membership will then automatically expire after month 12 and your mobile app will revert back to non-member pricing and will lose all other membership perks.

Assignment:

Your membership is personal to you and non-transferable, and you may not assign your rights to any other individual. We may assign our rights under this agreement on notice to you.

Pricing:

The Waxing Hub Limited reserves the right to modify, discontinues or raise prices on memberships, treatments, retail products without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.

Modesty:

You will be asked to undress to your comfort level for body treatments. Your therapist will keep your body draped with disposable towels and underwear during the treatment and only expose the areas being worked on. Underwear may be kept on, or swimsuits may be worn if that is your comfort level.

Waxing:

All male and female waxing services will be discounted up to 20% off from the purchase date until the membership expires at the end of the term of 12 months.

Laser Hair Removal:

All male and female laser services will be discounted up to 20% off from the purchase date until the membership expires at the end of the term of 12 months.

Retail Products:

All members will be sent a digital membership card and will need to show this at time of purchase in store to redeem 15% off on any retail product up to 20% off all year round until your membership expires at the end of the term of 12 months.

Birthday Gift:

All members will be sent a voucher code 1 day before their birthday. This voucher will discount all services by a extra 30%. This voucher can only be used one time per calendar year.

Flash Offers:

All customers will receive notifications via the mobile app, but only members will be able to use member flash offer codes to redeem further seasonal discounts on any service.

Promotional Partners:

All members will be sent app notifications on monthly basis detailing different promotional offers from promotional partners. To redeem offers members will need to show their digital membership card at time of purchase.

Feedback:

Give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and special trouble areas or any other concerns. We are here to make your treatment as 
comfortable as possible for you, so tell us what your needs are. Should you prefer to enjoy the treatment in silence, that is your choice as well. It’s your treatment!

Disclaimer and Release:

You hereby acknowledge that the services provided by the Company carry the risk of adverse skin reaction and/or minor injury, and release us from any claim with respect to any such reaction or injury. You are solely responsible for advising us in advance of any disability, condition, injury, skin or other disease, laser treatment, medical treatment, or allergy which could result in an increased risk of injury or reaction, or may not be compatible with the services that we provide.

Personnel Articles:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. However, if you do bring them to the salon, please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.

Force Majeure:

The company cannot accept liability for delayed appointments caused by circumstances beyond its control including (but not limited to) acts of God, extreme weather conditions, traffic disruption or failure of power supplies, acts of war or terrorism industrial action or other force majeure.

Privacy Policy:

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. The Waxing Hub Limited Birmingham will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
